In today’s rapidly changing world—shaped by globalization, technology, and increasing cultural complexity—the Church is being called back to her foundational mission: to be ministers of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18). But to truly live out this calling, we must be equipped to engage across lines of differenceith wisdom, humility, and grace. That’s where Cultural Intelligence (CQ) comes in.

At Threaded, we believe CQ is a kingdom competency—a practical, Spirit-empowered framework that helps believers live as salt and light in a multicultural, multiracial world. CQ equips the Church to lead with understanding, pursue unity without uniformity, and reflect the reconciling heart of God.

What is Cultural Intelligence?

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to relate and work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. It goes beyond simply being “aware” of differences—it empowers you to navigate them with purpose and intention.

Rooted in over 20 years of global research, CQ helps Christians become bridge-builders—able to listen deeply, adapt wisely, and co-create spaces where truth and love flourish.
